Karen Goldstone-Hoffman, CGISA Vice President, shared her thoughts on the battle for good governance on Newzroom Afrika on 22 September 2026.
In our post-conference media release, Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa stated that there is a growing battle between those pushing for good governance and those benefiting from the lack of it. The institute says deliberate efforts to undermine governance are keeping South Africa trapped in a cycle of crisis.
Talking to Arabile Gumede, Karen said all the public wants is good governance.
