
Integrated Reporting Awards 2025
Since 1956, CGISA has recognised the best in corporate reporting. The Integrated Reporting Awards provide a platform for peer comparison and the promotion of sustainable and transparent practices. The awards honour leaders in corporate governance and culminate in an awards ceremony and gala banquet.

The awards are open to all organisations that produce an integrated report or are planning to move towards integrated reporting.
- Submit your latest report (FY2024 or FY2025) by emailing a PDF or a link to a PDF to ira@chargov.co.za.
- Once you have entered, we will send you an invoice (R3,000) that can be paid by EFT or credit card by arrangement.
- Deadline: 30 September 2025

Conrad Koch, Comedian
Conrad Koch is a double International EMMY nominated comedian and Africa’s most acclaimed ventriloquist. His main puppet character, Chester Missing, with well over 100 million views on TikTok alone, is a household name for interviewing politicians on TV. Conrad is armed with a master’s degree in corporate culture and has received rave reviews globally.

Ramani Naidoo, FCG, Author, CEO, NED and Company Secretary
Ramani Naidoo is a business leader, lawyer and author with a career spanning law, boardrooms and ethical leadership. A qualified attorney with extensive experience in legal practice, she spent several years in private practice before moving into senior corporate roles. She has served as a director of both listed and unlisted companies, including Invicta Holdings, Altech, African Bank and Winhold, and as company secretary of Airports Company South Africa, Aspen Pharmacare, Adcock Ingram and Rand Refinery. Her executive career has spanned senior legal and governance roles, including Head of Legal at Adcock Ingram, Rand Refinery, the Southern Sun Group and Gensec Private Equity, and director of Edward Nathan Corporate Governance Advisory Services
Now CEO of an engineering and technology company in the aviation space, Ramani brings together executive experience and deep governance insight. She is the author of the forthcoming Corporate Governance: An Essential Guide for South African Companies (LexisNexis, 4th edition 2025), The Effective Director’s Guide (2003) and An Introduction to Corporate Governance (2003).”
